What is the BreakPoint changelog?

The public, honest log of what we ship to BreakPoint. Each entry is dated, categorized by area (auth, content, infra, etc.), and written in plain language. This is the same log our team uses internally. New entries appear at the top, oldest at the bottom.

How often does BreakPoint ship?

We ship 1-3 times a week, with the bulk on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The changelog is the receipt. We treat shipping as a discipline — if it's in the changelog, it shipped to production.

Where can I see the public roadmap?

At /roadmap. It's the single source of truth for what's planned, in progress, and recently shipped. Each item has a verify command, an owner, and an estimate. Updates happen as items are completed.

How can I subscribe to product updates?

Two ways. (1) The Monday Morning Rescue Digest — a weekly newsletter with new project adoptions, top rescuers, and one essay. Subscribe at the footer of any page. (2) The changelog itself — bookmark /changelog or subscribe to the RSS feed (when shipped).

Why is the changelog public?

Build-in-public. If we ship a feature and it breaks, the changelog is the receipt for what changed. If we're quiet for two weeks, you know we're heads-down. The transparency is the point.

Speed fix: feed loads 3x faster

loadTopStacksWithProjects was running 6 sequential D1 queries. Replaced with Promise.all parallelization. 1.9s → 0.6-1.2s. The slowest page on the platform now loads in under 1.2s.
