Is the free audit really free?
Yes. No credit card, no account, no trial. We ask for a work email so we can send the report, and we do not share it with third parties.
What does the $2,500 assessment include?
We resolve your direct dependencies, score bus factor and dormancy for each, and hand you a remediation plan ranked by what is actually on your critical path. It is a one-time engagement, not a subscription.
Is this a subscription? Can I cancel it?
No. There is nothing to cancel. The assessment is a single piece of work with a single price. We do not offer recurring monitoring, alerts or a paid tier, and we do not pretend to.
How long does the assessment take?
Two business days from the moment we have repository access. The free audit is immediate.
Do you offer a refund?
If we cannot deliver the assessment, you do not pay. Once delivered we will work with you on anything materially missing from the agreed scope.
Do you have volume or enterprise pricing?
Every engagement is the same scope and the same price. If you want several repositories assessed, email us and we will tell you honestly whether that is worth it.
